Reclaim Georgia LLC is a private asset-recovery company registered to operate as a CDR in the State of Georgia.
What this registration means
Under Georgia’s Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act (O.C.G.A. §44-12-200 et seq.), a private party who wants to help others recover unclaimed property has to register with the Department of Revenue as a Claimant Designated Representative.
Registration requires a background check, a review of the business entity, and a commitment to use the state’s standard forms (UP-CDR2, UP-CDR3, UP-CDR4). Once approved, the CDR can file claims on a claimant’s behalf — with fees capped at 30% by statute (we charge half, 15%) — and is subject to ongoing compliance oversight.
